You can choose whether to work out solo or with a friend! Your personal trainer will customize a plan for you focusing on strength development, fat loss, lean muscle growth, and resistance training.

We understand that your schedule may be hard to accommodate, or that you are unsure how often to train. Here at Profectus, we offer multiple different training plans, and we aim to offer pricing options within your budget. Sessions are sold as a monthly package, with options ranging from training from 2 to 3 times a week for 30 or 45 minutes each time. The best way to assess your fitness needs and schedule is to contact us and complete your consultation. We try to accommodate all clients to the best of our ability.
