Cayla Sobczak

Personal Trainer

Cayla has been with Profectus since October 2021. She has been helping others in the fitness industry since 2011. Using her heath-care background, Cayla works to provide clients with nutritional and fitness guidance. She wants to see her clients succeed in all areas of life.

James Runner

Personal Trainer

James has been in the fitness business over 30 years, having been a certified personal trainer since 1986. On a personal note, he is a former All American Track Athlete and currently is an IFBB Pro Bodybuilder since 2018. Currently he trains a variety of clients, but he has also trained many Bodybuilding Champions throughout his career. 

Shania Berger

Personal Trainer

Shania graduated with a BS in exercise science, and received her ACE certification in personal training and nutrition in 2017. She played golf at two D1 colleges and went on to play professionally for 3 years. She is also a golf instructor at Chenal Country Club and provides personal training geared towards the golf swing as well.


Jeremy Wilson

Personal Trainer

Jeremy has been training clients since 2017, and is certified by NASM. He is also a Pro Men's Physique Competitor and Posing Coach. Jeremy is currently attending school for Dietetics, so he can pursue an RD.

Wyatt Niemotka

Facilities Management

Wyatt currently oversees the maintenance and cleaning needs of Profectus Athletics. He works hard to keep our facility clean and ready for your next workout.

Peter Acuna

Personal Trainer

Peter has been working to help clients achieve their goals since 2013. His bachelors in Exercise Science and certification in both personal training and nutrition have provided him with everything he needs to help clients. Peter has been a part of Profectus since 2019, training numerous clients ages 10 - 82.

Justin Pickens

Personal Trainer / Group Fitness Instructor

Justin has been training athletes since 1998, working in a variety of sports. In 2010 he began his own group fitness bootcamps, titled Chi-Rho Fitness. He loves to see his clients succeed and progress, and watch as they find their true potential whether it be in athletics or fitness.

Dylan Huckaby

Personal Trainer

Dylan graduated with a bachelors in exercise science from Arkansas State University. Dylan has been a CrossFit instructor for several years, coaching athletes in areas like Olympic lifting and more. Dylan works with a variety of clients to improve mobility, strength, and well-being.
